Job Title : Project Management Office
Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duration : 10+months

Position Summary:
In this position, she/he will be responsible for leading architect role for execution of solution/product development/enhancement life cycle throughout the given timeline, driving design and development activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
This project has mission critical role for success of SEA N2 project and fundamentally it provides major interface API to be invoked by iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) and legacy systems such as G-CIC (SAP based CIC solution)

Responsibilities:
Understand project overall aspects such as requirement, timeline, scope, resources, quality management to drive effective way to make it successful
Provide appropriate guideline for project team resources to understand milestone and periodic tasks to be completed
Any efforts for stable and reliable performance improvement should be considered
Customer communication is mandatory and should be involved for other dependent project stakeholders integration plan and scope for our approach and alignment
Project planning: documenting steps, scope, and milestones for completing a project
Project process improvement: outlining how a project's processes can be improved in the future
Project resourcing: allocating resources to complete a project, including people, software, and materials
Project monitoring: tracking a project's metrics, progress, and tasks to make sure the project will be completed on time and within budget
Project control: a set of processes for tracking potential threats, issues, and opportunities for enabling project decision-making, acting as primary role for project deliveries test/verification stage with project team members such as unit, integration test and support for UAT(User Acceptance Test)

Requirements/Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a IT background related work or experience
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Understand CS (Customer Service) industry to describe major process and key factors to deal with customers : would be plus
Previous experience as a BA (Business Analyst) preferred
