Job Title: Project Manager / Project Lead 2
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Project Lead 2) to support mission-critical projects involving enterprise content management systems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, strong familiarity with Agile frameworks, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage enterprise-level projects involving content management systems.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
* Track budgets and expenses aligned with state/federal standards.
* Support continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with development teams on Alfresco-based implementations and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
* 6+ years of direct project management experience.
* 6+ years of experience leading projects with multiple integrations and stakeholder groups.
* 6+ years of experience managing enterprise content management (ECM) projects.
* Experience with state budget and expense tracking.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience working within state government or public sector agencies.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile teams.
* Experience with Alfresco ECM platform, including Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging.
* Prior experience with enterprise projects at a state agency is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
* PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.
* Familiarity with government processes, compliance, and procurement practices.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
