Job Title: Desktop Support - AV Analyst Job ID: 25-08653 Location: St Trenton, NJ Duration: 05 Months On Contract
3+ years of experience supporting/troubleshooting audio/video productions and live event support including operating video conference room technologies and hybrid meeting support (Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex)
Note: The role is onsite and does involve some travel to other offices in NJ.
Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting/troubleshooting audio/video productions and live event support including operating video conference room technologies and hybrid meeting support (Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex)

Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sound dynamics and acoustics
- Audio\video production experience in various audio\video technologies and software (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe and Camtasia experience a plus)
- Hands on, helpdesk experience within the Windows environment
- Experience with virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex and assisting with the hosting of meetings
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot both A/V and PC related technical issues
- Ability to work with senior management supporting events and cope with a fast changing environment
- The ability to work as a team or independently
- The ability to prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, train staff, presenters, and technical staff etc.
- The ability to document processes and associated materials and support knowledge transfer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events
- Collaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired sound\video
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video and IT equipment
- Travel to alternative work office locations (Newark, Trenton, Cherry Hill regions) may be required based on the event calendar and scheduling.
