Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Open Text Contractor in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:
* Open Text Contractor will lead the development of Documentum-based solutions migrating to AWS
* Provide technical leadership to a team of Documentum developers, ensuring adherence to best practices
* Architect Documentum solutions to migrate to AWS, including setup, configuration, and optimization
* As an Open Text Contractor, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals; Assist and support Business users
* Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for Documentum on AWS
* Gather and analyze functional requirements; Write technical documentation
* Build the current and future systems (prototyping, new functionalities, and maintenance tasks)
* Define Documentum repository structure and Object types

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of work experience in Documentum technology (DFC, DQL, D2 configurations, Content server, DQMan, Blazon, etc.)
* Experience implementing solutions using Java & J2EE technologies, REST, Web Services, Spring, etc.
* Experienced with databases like Oracle, SQL Server and Postgress SQL
* Experienced with Application servers like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, TC Server
* Experience with AWS cloud migrations. Hands-on experience with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
* Experience with DevOps tools for source control, release, configuration management, monitoring, development (e.g. - Jenkins, GIT, Docker, AWS EKS, AWS Step function, AWS Lambda creation, Jira, Python, Angular, Splunk, etc.)
* Ability to develop cloud native solutions with Java, Python, and Node.js
* Ability to Influence including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
* AWS certification (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
