Job Title: Supply Demand Analyst
Job Description
SDA (Supply Demand Analyst) is responsible for planning ownership of ODM plants and customer order fulfillment.
- Responsibilities may include but not limited development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, building plan, capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with across organizational supply chain stakeholders.
- Master data management with internal cross function stakeholders and external partners.
- Part of reverse logics role to work with logistics and other function for customer RMA activities
- Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate key stakeholder and management levels.
- Drives continuous process/project improvements.

Job Qualifications
- BS or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Information Technology
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, prefer to have SAP and PowerBI related experience
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving capability
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, be willing to work with cross-functional teams independently
- Team player and quick learner
- Be willing to work in a dynamic environment
