Level 1/Level 2 Service Desk

Location: Downtown Cleveland, Ohio (4-5 days/week onsite)
Situation:
Our Client is located in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio and is looking for a Level 1/Level 2 Service Desk contractor as they lost a full-time employee and are in a consolidation of MSP providers that will not be completed for another few months.
This position provides a broad range of computer support to employees to effectively resolve IT questions and assistance with software or hardware in the office. This may include installation, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
The candidate should have experience administering and troubleshooting the following: Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat, Conferencing applications, Edge, Chrome, MS Office 365 apps. Working knowledge of Windows AD, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, VPNs, Virtual Desktops, Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online
