BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Remote role

Position Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $26.83/hr. to $30.08/hr. on W2

Anticipated Start Date: 01/08/2026

Job Description:
Core skills:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.


• Process Modeling & Workflow Design: Skilled in creating process maps, use cases, and functional specifications to translate business needs into actionable solutions.


• Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and presenting insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.


• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership.


• Documentation & Communication: Expertise in writing clear, concise business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.


• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking


• Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
