Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Technician
Location:100% On-Site Richmond, Virginia
Interview Type:
Round 1: Phone or Virtual/Web
Round 2: In-Person (Mandatory before any offer)
Job Description:
  • Support Windows 10 or higher operating systems.
  • Provide technical support for MS Office Suite including Outlook and Microsoft 365.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
  • Work with PC hardware, peripherals, drivers, BIOS, and networks.
  • Utilize remote support tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware) to resolve issues.
  • Analyze reports and customer feedback to improve IT support and training.
