Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of total experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading multiple Agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical experience applying them in enterprise environments.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, or Data teams (preferred).
Proven success facilitating Agile adoption and delivery in cross-functional settings.
Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
