Job Title: Sr Java Fullstack Cloud Architect Location : Irvine, LA CA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-term Contract
This is the first draft of the skill requirement for a prospective development resource in IO GenAI Enablement space.
- AWS Services: Proficiency in various AWS services. Examples but not limited to - EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB. The candidate should be able to design, deploy, and manage applications on AWS.
- IaC Tools : Proficiency in understanding, creating, and updating Terraform for IaC.
- Database Management: Experience with database design, implementation, and management. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Configuring and managing relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, using Amazon Aurora for high-performance relational databases.
- Backend Development: Strong skills in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Fast API. Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices is a plus.
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. The candidate should be able to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Scheduled Processes: Experience with setting up and managing scheduled processes using AWS services like CloudWatch Events, Step Functions, and Lambda.
- Authentication and Authorization: Knowledge of implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, specifically using Okta for user authentication. Understanding of OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols. Knowledge of managing roles, policies and permissions in IAM.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
- Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices for AWS, including IAM roles, security groups, VPC, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
