Duration: 06 12 months (with possible extension)


Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr


We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the rollout of LemonEdge, our new fund accounting and portfolio management platform. This role is critical to the success of our firm s technology transformation, ensuring that all fund data is onboarded seamlessly and that the platform is configured to meet the evolving needs of our investment management teams. The Project Manager will serve as the central leader and coordinator for this initiative partnering with Controllers (end-users of the platform), engineers, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure delivery milestones are met.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of LemonEdge across the firm, from data migration and configuration through user adoption.

  • Partner closely with Controllers to understand fund accounting processes and ensure the platform supports day-to-day operational needs.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee technical integrations, data quality, and platform performance.

  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize enhancements, and align the platform with broader business goals.

  • Develop and maintain the project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring progress is communicated clearly to leadership.

  • Facilitate testing, validation, and UAT of migrated fund data and configured workflows.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Drive change management and training, helping users adopt new processes and maximize value from the platform.

  • Establish success metrics and provide regular reporting on implementation progress and outcomes.


Qualifications:



  • Direct experience working with a fund accounting platform (implementation, configuration, administration, or end-user)

  • Strong project management background with a proven ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives in financial services, investment management, or fund administration.

  • Solid understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting workflows.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience collaborating with both business users (Controllers, Fund Accounting) and technical teams (Engineers, Data/Integration specialists).

  • Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
