Job Summary:

Sr Developer with a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of AI principles, and hands-on experience with the tools and frameworks necessary to create intelligent, self-directed agents

Essential Job Functions:

  • Works closely with Tech Owner/ Architect/external teams to come up with architecture and tech stack
  • Evaluate multiple approaches and document the findings and pro and cons of each approach
  • contribute to the design discussion and research on new tech stack
  • Responsible to document the integration requirements and best practices
  • work with operations to set up the infrastructure based on best practices
  • Build and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Responsible for BOT development and integrations with other teams
  • Attention to details and documents the key decisions made
  • Able to mentor or guide junior developers and do code reviews
  • Ability to handle fast paced projects and willing to look into production issues fast paced projects and willing to look into production issues

Other Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain project artifacts.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
  • Safeguard the company s assets.
  • Adhere to the company s compliance program.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Maintain focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth.
  • Collaborating with additional team members

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Python , Java and AI/ML libraries is required
  • Experience with BoT development, Authorization frameworks like OAuth
  • Technical exposure to Gen AI, LLM and developer tools (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) is essential
  • Expertise in AgenticAI or similar AI agent frameworks for developing autonomous systems
  • Familiarity with cloud engineering infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with noSQL databases (cosmosdb, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with web development - nodejs, react
  • Proficiency in using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to ground AI models with external data and prevent hallucinations
  • Experience setting up custom MCP server and adding Tools/Functions
  • Experience with AI-driven chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation
  • Experience with databricks / jupyter notebooks
  • Good to have experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) for AI application development
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of AI principles, and hands-on experience with the tools and frameworks necessary to create intelligent, self-directed agents
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and a passion for mentoring junior team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a tea
