Job Summary:

* As Finance Lead you will work closely with the CEO and executive team on all financial aspects of the business, in order to help the company scale sustainably and efficiently.

What You'll Work On:
* Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial & KPI reporting and board materials, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects
* Develop and implement FP&A best practices, procedures and processes to drive forecast and planning, business insights and analysis to support the senior leadership team
* Own and elevate tools, systems, and processes to enhance financial planning effectiveness and efficiency, including cost control
* Implement automation & process improvements to enhance the accuracy & efficiency of accounting, financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes
* Collaborate cross functionally as a business partner to drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis processes
* Own & build the annual budget and facilitate strategic planning / budgeting
* Understand the business, key business drivers, end-markets, competitive environment, industry peer group and general economic conditions that impact the company
* Manage a team of internal and external finance resources, including outsourced accounting/audit firms
* Create and manage improvements to financial reporting templates, current reporting hierarchy and general FP&A-related business practices
* Own the cash forecasting process and communicate to executive leadership how the company is performing
* Assist in payroll, HR, and legal related workstreams as needed
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management or finance required
* 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 in a financial leadership role
* Experience working with Series B+ companies and subscription-based models
* Strong oral and written communications
* Ability to work independently and with a team
* Financial and quantitative analysis
* Quantitative analysis planning
* Problem solving and analytical
* MS Office Suite, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong knowledge of GAAP & software-related accounting principles
* Strong knowledge of subscription and software KPIs
* Knowledge of financial principles
* Knowledge of accounting and financial systems and software programs
* Advanced financial modeling skills
