We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media channels.
Manage and grow the company s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory).
