Role: Product Manager

Location : Tysons, Virginia

Job Description:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product development or product management within the retail banking space. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the consumer banking landscape and products (Checking and Savings/Personal Loans/Credit Cards/Money-Movement).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in software development, preferably with experience using Salesforce or similar platforms to build customer-facing digital products.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital banking products, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • Deep expertise in user-experience for mobile apps, and service-delivery platforms.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and technologies, with the ability to guide technical decisions and understand the complexities of building digital banking solutions.
  • Expert-level understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer-centric design thinking. Ability to translate customer needs into product features and prioritize them for development.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with ability to clearly articulate ideas, product features, and technical concepts in written form for all audiences.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
