Senior IT Technical Consultant, Workday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Technical Consultant, Workday in Deerfield, IL.

Responsibilities:
* Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling configuration and functionality
* Integrate input from multiple channels, including customer research, industry research/best practices and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements
* Ensure overall design is in line with Company's global model, existing business rules, and is properly integrated with other applications/process
* Design, build, launch, and assess solutions employing Lean principles
* Collaborate with in-house application teams and third-party service providers to build knowledge and resolve incidents
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision
* Communicate status, solutions, and concerns; Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team
* Management of stakeholders and their expectations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
* Workday Configurations certification preferred
* 8+ years of IT experience, with a focus on multiple areas
* 5 years of experience in Global Workday HR implementation projects
* 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll
* Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling deployment, with preference for Static Scheduling knowledge
* Experience in driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones
* Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
* Proficiency in Workday reporting
* Interpersonal skills and development of relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and customers
* Foundational project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal
* Must be process oriented and able to define and implement new processes and standards
* Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to details and ability to make tough decisions
* Creative and innovative thinker
* Ability to work with cross-functional matrixed teams to deliver on a common goal
* Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders
* Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and completion

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
