Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Applications Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, customizations, and enhancements within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)/Oracle Applications modules. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Applications components using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Interfaces.

  • Design and develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

  • Work on data extraction, migration, and integration with other systems.

  • Create and optimize database objects (tables, views, procedures, functions, packages, triggers).

  • Support production issues by troubleshooting and fixing bugs within Oracle Applications.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices in Oracle development.

  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment notes.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, PL/SQL development.

  • Good knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical architecture.

  • Experience in developing Reports (Oracle Reports, BI Publisher), Forms (Oracle Forms, OAF/ADF basics preferred), and Workflow.

  • Familiarity with RICE components development and deployment.

  • Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills.

  • Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
