Job Details

Summary:

Seeking a QA Engineer to lead planning, coordination, and execution of Test Plans for an Authorized Roles-Based Web Application. This includes testing search, view, and download functions for permissioned content. Experience with ServiceNow Test Management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

  • Manage testing teams and coordinate QA efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and SDLC practices.

  • Lead automation efforts and evaluate testing tools/frameworks.

  • Conduct risk assessments, defect analysis, and testing progress documentation.

  • Improve QA procedures and enforce testing discipline across Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years experience in:

    • Agile/Scrum environments

    • Testing automation and strategy

    • SDLC and QA best practices

    • ServiceNow Test Management

  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting.

  • Experience in:

    • Workflow automation testing

    • Regression testing tools

    • Test-related risk mitigation and metrics

    • QA resource and procedure management
