Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Senior Frontend Developer ( Java script, Typescript, Rest API )Overland Park, KS (5 Days Onsite)We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance websites and digital experiences for our customers. As a technical leader within our Digital Experience team, you will guide the implementation of modern web solutions that support millions of telecom users across self-service, commerce, and content platforms.

This role combines hands-on coding, architecture planning, and technical leadership - driving innovation and best practices across front-end and back-end development teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of customer-facing web applications and portals with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Architect scalable and secure solutions that integrate with telecom systems (billing, provisioning, CRM, etc.).
  • Provide hands-on development in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
  • Mentor a cross-functional team of front-end and back-end developers; conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.
  • Collaborate with UX, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices in cloud-native environments.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and help evaluate their potential adoption in the telecom digital landscape.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, estimations, and risk assessments for web platform initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and API design.
  • Experience integrating web apps with complex enterprise systems (e.g., order management, identity, billing).
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards such as TM Forum APIs, OAuth/SAML for secure integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or headless CMS solutions).
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics tagging, and web performance tuning (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
  • Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems or customer journey optimization platforms.
  • Prior experience modernizing legacy monolith websites to micro front-end architectures.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
