Job Title: Workday Recruiting Sr. Consultant
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations
- Gather and document recruiting requirements from public sector clients
- Configure Workday Recruiting modules including requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Provide guidance on integrations and data conversion from legacy ATS systems
- Develop recruiting dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communication
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of Workday consulting experience with a focus on Recruiting
- At least 1 year of public sector (government or education) project experience
- Active Workday Recruiting certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, approvals, and compliance
