SAP OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant with S/4HANA

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a long-term S/4HANA transformation in Dallas, TX. The consultant will play a key role in driving change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training enablement as the organization transitions to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of the OCM strategy for S/4HANA implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and readiness assessments.
  • Develop communication and training plans tailored to diverse business units.
  • Drive user adoption and manage resistance to change effectively.
  • Support organizational alignment through workshops, coaching, and performance support tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and HR for seamless change adoption.

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years in Organizational Change Management in SAP environments.
  • Experience supporting at least 2 S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Strong background in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and OCM tools (like Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
