Job Title: Lead Frontend Engineer (UI/UX)

- Application development and enhancement project for Healthcare Claims related applications.
- Technical stack includes UIUX SaaS Accessibility WCAG.7 years leading UIUX engineering with enterprise design systems.
- Demonstrated delivery of SaaS front ends and hybrid web architectures.
- Deep accessibility experience WCAG, performance optimization
- Minimum years of experience: 10 years
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Establish design systems, accessibility standards, theming, and modular frontend patterns.
- Lead CAS UI SaaS integration, enforce performance and accessibility budgets, and embed user centered design with analytics.
- Implement CICD for frontend, codify guidelines, and mentor UIUX engineers on best practices.
