Job Title: Product Delivery Manager Retail POS / Product Launch
Location: Remote (East Coast preferred; hybrid near office if required)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
About the Client:
Our client, a global Fortune 500 leader in financial and payments technology, is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join their Product Strategy & Operations team within the Retail POS organization. This team is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling next-generation POS products across global markets, including the flagship product line.
Role Overview:
The Product Delivery Manager will play a key role in driving the rollout and integration of Retail POS solutions worldwide. This role requires a blend of software product delivery, program/project management, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on launch execution, delivery processes, and global product localization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout and integration of Retail POS products across international markets.
- Define initiative goals, build workstream and channel plans, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to scope, plan, and deliver technical solutions.
- Execute launch strategies in collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop and implement repeatable delivery processes to support ongoing product launches.
- Work closely with regional product leaders to identify priorities, dependencies, and risks across roadmaps.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, including executives.
- Support product localization efforts for new markets and geographies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or project management.
- Proven background in software delivery and product launch, ideally within POS or fintech.
- Strong expertise in agility and change management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and executive-level).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with program/project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced global environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with international software product launches and localization.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
- Background in B2B SaaS/PaaS or payments solutions.
- Understanding of customer journeys in fintech/retail technology.
Additional Information:
- Global team requires availability for early morning EST meetings (8 8:30 AM).
- No travel required.
- Interview Process: 3 steps (1 hr HM interview, 45 min panel, 15 min leadership chat).
