Description
Seeking a professional with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience identifying, collecting, and organizing large amounts of technical content.
Ability to link content and guide a team in technical writing.
General knowledge of server infrastructure and tech stacks.
Interest in generative AI or virtual assistant capabilities.
Utilizes intellectual curiosity to bring creative solutions.
Ability to balance priorities and respond to requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Curate technical information such as standard operating procedures and technical manuals.
Perform technical writing and guide other tech writers.
Recommend knowledge management best practices.
Identify root cause problems that may not be explicitly stated.

Qualifications
Experience with content management and knowledge automation solutions.
Ability to contextualize information at senior levels.
Experience or knowledge with infrastructure patching or security vulnerability management.
Self-starter, intellectually curious, and eager to learn.
