As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our Quote-to-Order initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing applications and support new product and partner program launches.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Heroku.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive, analytical approach.
- Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and LLM, for potential integration.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and functionality.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Heroku
- Node.js
- Proven experience with Apttus CPQ and CLM.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience or knowledge in AI/ML or LLM technologies.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clear solutions.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
