Job Details

We are seeking a Frontend Developer to design and develop high-performance, next-generation web applications that power the future of the energy sector. This role requires a developer passionate about clean, scalable, and performant user interfaces someone who can transform design concepts into intuitive, production-ready solutions that elevate user experience and efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform UI/UX designs (Figma, wireframes) into dynamic, scalable, and visually refined web interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain Web Components based architecture ensuring modularity and reusability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into functional solutions.
  • Optimize performance to deliver fast, responsive, and accessible applications across browsers and devices.
  • Define project standards by building reusable components and establishing a robust design system.
  • Implement best practices for browser capabilities, performance tuning, and maintainable codebases.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UI) to ensure reliability and consistency of user-facing features.

Tech Stack

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with core web technologies HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise in semantic HTML, responsive design, and modern CSS layouts (Flexbox, Grid).
  • Proven ability to build custom components from scratch without relying solely on frameworks.
  • Proficiency with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
  • Experience with Web Components or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with component-driven architecture and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
  • Experience in testing frameworks (unit, integration, UI testing).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset and a pragmatic approach to scalable frontend design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lit.js and Web Components.
  • Familiarity with Vite.js or similar build tools.
  • Exposure to Observable patterns (e.g., RxJS).
  • Previous experience in the energy or utilities industry.
