Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-user support for both Mac and Windows environments through calls, emails, and walk-ups.
- Provide software break/fix support and hardware support, including new image builds.
- Act as the incident manager and update/close tickets in the ITSM platform.
- Perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support and resolve configuration issues in operating systems.
- Reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins as required.
- Manage Active Directory (AD): create groups and assign applications to groups.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to push updates and automate tasks.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 (O365) as the primary admin application.
- Assist with various IT tech-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of helpdesk experience in a customer-facing role, providing white-glove customer service.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for system updates and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of both Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong experience with MS Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365).
- Familiarity with OKTA and AWS.
- Experience in computer configuration and repair.
- 3+ years of incident management or IT ticketing system experience.
- Bachelor's degree is a must-have.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow experience.
Schedule
- Engineers will work 4-day weeks, 10 hours per day, with schedules as follows:
- Wed-Sat, 4 pm - 2 am
- Sun-Wed, 6 am - 4 pm
- Lead position: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (minimum 7 years of experience).
Additional Details
- This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend up to 3 years.
