Role: UI Developer with Little Backend Java exp (85% front-end/ 15% backend) (Day 1 Onsite)

Location: McLean, VA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: Qualifications:

  • Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must Have Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of strong front end development experience, with a background in UI components. Candidate must be proficient with Angular, Node, Java Script, TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS. Light back-end experience is acceptable, and Java/Spring Boot is a plus. Ideal candidates should be UI focused who can collaborate closely with UI/UX teams
  • Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac exp a plus- but this role is more of a technical focus
  • We are using Angular 17 (currently moving to Angular 19 in future) efficiently get payload from backend, understanding of end point security and tokenization will work with Angular services, typescript, CSS
  • UI/UX team provides front end screens, produces rich UI experience. Unit testing and automation related to UI.
    light back end as it relates to integration with back end
  • 5+ years of experience developing front end, UI Components and Services & orchestration layers' technologies:
  • Java Spring Boot, Angular, Node JS, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, and CSS
  • Unit Test, Automation etc.
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams.
  • Proven understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers, caching, application servers, & load balancers
  • Hands-on experience on multiple technologies such as:
  • Java/J2EE & Spring Boot, RDBMS technologies.
  • Good to have AWS experience.
