Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAFe Business Analyst with 10+ years of relevant experience and proven expertise in Agile practices. The ideal candidate will hold a SAFe certification and bring strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills to support business and IT stakeholders across multiple initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with ADO/VersionOne and the ability to proactively address business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior-level Business Analyst within a SAFe Agile framework, ensuring alignment of business needs with functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and scrum teams to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable user stories.
Utilize Agile tools such as ADO and VersionOne for backlog management and tracking.
Actively engage with business units, addressing queries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Support project lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with SDLC processes and delivery of high-quality outputs.
Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and cross-functional teams.
Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured communication, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
Selection Criteria / Qualifications:
Master s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with 10+ years relevant experience; or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science with 10+ years relevant experience.
Certified SAFe (6.0) Practitioner required; additional certifications such as Certified BA or Scrum Master preferred.
Proven experience as an Agile practitioner with ADO and/or VersionOne.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business insight skills with demonstrated creativity and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong client engagement experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong ownership, accountability, and organizational skills with a track record of delivering results.
