This is an impactful exciting role as the face of company to new and existing customers. You will ultimately manage the overall operations of business units to include new customer implementations. You will also act as the liaison between leadership and onsite field operations.

Applicant must live in the Washington DC Metro Area and must be able to commute to our Rockville Corporate Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Knowvation Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support staff.
  • Manage a growing number of Knowvation installations, implementation, configuration and support.
  • Provide consulting to help define new implementation configurations in support of Knowvation deployments, including metadata definition, collection definition, access control configuration etc.
  • Assist support engineers with providing Knowvation application training to customers.
  • Manage Help Desk issue resolution.
  • Support the Knowvation Development team with new release testing and to provide significant input to the roadmap.
  • Consulting and customer liaison for Knowvation customizations.
  • Organize and attend kick-off meetings for new projects.
  • Directly manage contracts and project managers to include software installations in the cloud or on-prem, project delivery, tracking and oversight, quality, requirements/change management, client interface, etc.
  • Hiring & managing staff that provide technical assistance and project management.
  • Ensures adherence to customer regulations and policies as well as company process, procedures, and practices.
  • Interface with other functional areas in support of project execution (Security, HR, IT, and operational divisions).
  • Support the new business development team to include Knowvation system demonstrations, technical solution creation, LOE estimating and proposal support.
  • Perform as Program Manager for projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality. Must and be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels; develop meaningful relationships with client reps and must be able to brief on contract performance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing IT projects, preferably implementing, and supporting SaaS software solutions. Content Management software experience a plus.
  • Experience working with and knowledge of federal government contracts.
  • Develop project management processes to implement new Knowvation Content Management system sales efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience implementing new COTS and integrated COTS solutions rapidly and efficiently for 12 or more new customers per year.
  • Ability to manage ongoing customer cloud-based content management projects, from initial customer engagement through operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with customers.
  • U S Citizen only. (Active TS clearance preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree. Computer science, Engineering or related field preferred.
