Description
Own autonomous product strategy for our mobile app turnaround and Web Experience Engine platform, with no direct business owner guidance. You'll drive integration, address retention challenges, and build content enablement systems for interactive learning experiences while coordinating cross-platform technical integration.

Mobile App Strategy Ownership: Diagnose and improve 11% retention rate, redesign three gameplay modes, drive autonomous strategic decisions
Web Experience Engine: Interactive content hub strategy, learning module delivery, user engagement optimization
Content System Enablement: Build scalable systems for interactive learning content, AI-enhanced personalization, and cross-platform delivery
Cross-Platform Integration: Power Points earning system, app-to-community conversion flows, technical platform coordination
AI Requirements Definition: Adaptive learning pathways, personalized feedback systems, and intelligent content recommendations
Performance Optimization: Platform scalability, content delivery optimization, and technical infrastructure strategy

Required Experience
7-10+ years product management with mobile app and web platform focus

Self-driven strategic thinking with minimal oversight and autonomous decision-making ability

Content performance analytics and optimization frameworks

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
