Job Title: Specialist - Data Engineering

Work Location: Irving,Texas

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* This is Data analyst role for the FRB team where 80-90% of the effort will be to analyse the code implementations and come up with required mappings and documents.

* Write complex SQL queries to cleanse, transform, and manipulate data

* Must have good technical experience and should be able to perform data analysis and code reverse engineering

* Perform data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness

* Develop and maintain data lineage documentation

* Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand data requirements

* Support data analysis and reporting activities

* Should be a team player and flexible to work in different time zones based on project needs.

* Should be able to work independently

Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in computer science/information technology, or related field

* 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

* Proven experience with ETL tools, preferably Ab Initio

* Strong SQL skills

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Effective communication and collaboration skills

Optional Skills/Good to have:

* Experience with data warehousing

* Experience with data visualization tools

* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Unix)
