We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules. This hybrid role combines technical architecture leadership with business analysis, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and more.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, out-of-the-box capabilities, and customizations.
  • Create architecture blueprints, integration strategies, technical diagrams, and governance models.
  • Oversee development to ensure alignment with architecture, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and conduct workshops and gap analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams for successful delivery.

Delivery Oversight & Governance

  • Review and validate technical deliverables and design quality.
  • Lead design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Support UAT planning and post-go-live troubleshooting.

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain system architecture documents and repositories.
  • Create solution decks and executive-level reports for project milestones and roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
  • Experience in workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD) and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (any module).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with CMDB, data modeling, and ITIL v3/v4.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
