Location: Boston, MA (can be 100% REMOTE)

Rate: 55.00-60.00/hr W2

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic LMS admin support with deep understanding of systems, capabilities, and integrations. The ideal candidate is innovative, passionate, a stickler for details, and very comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure the best experience for our learners.

The LMS Support Admin Contractor will be responsible for managing service tickets pertaining to Cornerstone on Demand: uploading of content, assignments, group management, reporting, and other duties as needs of the business arise. This role will also support testing for new systems functionality and enhancements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Route and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues
  • Set up and manage assignment profiles and direct assignments
  • Manage rosters and end user transcripts
  • Troubleshoot assignment and reporting issues
  • Support operational activities

Knowledge and Skills:

  • CSOD expertise or certification
  • Deep knowledge of Reporting 2.0
  • Experience building and automating custom report
  • Understanding of systems integrations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree or commensurate experience/education
  • Previous experience (4+ years) in a learning and development systems role
  • Understanding of LMS systems capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict timelines
