NetSuite Systems Administrator
We re looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to serve as a key player in maintaining and evolving our internal technology landscape. This role blends systems design, process improvement, and security oversight. You ll work directly with the technology lead while partnering closely with Operations, Finance, and other business units to ensure that our platforms remain reliable, secure, and scalable.
What You ll Be Doing
Technology & Systems Operations
Oversee and support the company s suite of business applications, including ERP, e-commerce, integrations, and connected third-party systems.
Develop and refine system architectures that can scale with company growth and adapt to changing requirements across multiple departments.
Monitor system health, optimize performance, and manage vendor relationships to maximize uptime and reliability.
Manage user provisioning, permissions, and data governance to safeguard information and streamline workflows.
Create and maintain documentation and process guides for ongoing support and audits.
ERP & Integrations
Act as administrator for ERP platforms, ensuring stability, accuracy, and smooth collaboration with Finance and Operations.
Maintain and enhance integrations with APIs, middleware, and external platforms, minimizing downtime and ensuring data consistency.
Handle system configuration, testing, and user management while enforcing compliance and providing a consistent end-user experience.
Security & Governance
Implement IT controls across applications, including role-based access, logging, and backup procedures.
Stay ahead of cyber risks by managing software updates, applying patches, and safeguarding cloud assets.
Establish policies and best practices for information security, access management, and systems governance.
What We re Looking For
5 7 years of IT systems experience, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or SaaS-driven environment.
Solid background with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and experience with integrations and e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of data workflows, process automation, and system-to-system connectivity.
Knowledge of security standards such as MFA, SSO, and general IT compliance practices.
Proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
Availability to be onsite in North Reading, MA three days per week.
