Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Zoho application implementation.
- Customize and configure Zoho applications, including CRM and other business tools, to align with organizational workflows.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Zoho applications.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements as needed.
- Work closely with the technology department to integrate Zoho with existing systems.
- Stay updated on Zoho product updates and best practices to enhance system utilization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Zoho Implementation Analyst should have:
- Experience configuring and implementing Zoho applications, particularly Zoho CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with system integration and workflow automation within business services.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide training.
- Proficiency in documenting system processes and creating user manuals.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
