Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented team in developing and operating Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE). In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud-native services that power OCI's Kubernetes platform. You will be entrusted with leading a strong, high-performing engineering team, guiding them through complex challenges while fostering an environment where innovation and operational excellence thrive.
As a key technical engineering leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team's objectives and deliverables align with broader organizational goals. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, championing quality, scalability, and resilience of OKE solutions. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,600 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
