Job Description
Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Support Consultant to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is a remote opportunity requiring a seasoned professional who can lead sustainment efforts, particularly post-Go-Live support, and act as a key escalation point for SAP EWM-related challenges.
The ideal candidate will not only bring extensive experience in SAP EWM configuration and troubleshooting but also demonstrate leadership in mentoring junior consultants and ensuring continuous improvement in system processes. Strong strategic thinking, coupled with a hands-on approach, is essential for success in this role.
This consultant will engage closely with both client leadership and technical teams, aiming to stabilize and enhance SAP logistics functionalities. Additionally, the role requires contributions to documentation and knowledge base materials to support long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead post-Go-Live hypercare and sustainment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP EWM issues
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of SAP EWM(Specifically EWM) experience including both configuration and troubleshooting
Strong background in SAP logistics modules and full SDLC
Leadership experience in support or sustainment roles
U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
