Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant with over 17 years of SAP experience, including 5+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations. The candidate must bring deep expertise in manufacturing processes, along with proven success in data migration and cloud strategy. This role is business-focused, requiring close collaboration with CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs to align SAP-driven transformation programs with enterprise strategy, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes across global manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Drive data migration strategy and execution across legacy systems into S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with leadership on cloud adoption roadmaps, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid deployment strategies.
- Work directly with executive stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CXO) to define digital transformation strategies and ROI models.
- Oversee the end-to-end SAP lifecycle from blueprinting through post-go-live, with a strong focus on business value realization.
- Provide leadership on process re-engineering in production, supply chain, and shop floor operations.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, and financial impact reports.
- Mentor and manage global project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Requirements
- 17+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in data migration (ETL, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, third-party tools).
- Strong knowledge of cloud strategy (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, hybrid models).
- Functional depth in manufacturing (PP, PP-DS, MES integration, BOM, MRP, shop floor control).
- Demonstrated ability to work with CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs on strategic transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience in business transformation, process improvement, and value realization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
