Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to hire)


Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our remote team, working Eastern Time hours. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing GraphRAG, optimizing LLM responses, and building AI/ML solutions on Azure cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, with the ability to develop scalable AI systems in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-enabled Decision Intelligence products.
  • Implement and optimize GraphRAG architectures to enhance LLM performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile development environment.
  • Develop rapid prototypes to validate concepts and assess feasibility.
  • Build robust ML Ops pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, processing, and storage.
  • Ensure secure and compliant AI/ML deployments, especially in healthcare-related contexts.
  • Guide architecture, tools, and infrastructure decisions for production AI/ML solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends in AI/ML tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Proven experience implementing GraphRAG in AI/ML products.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve LLM output quality.
  • Strong background in AI, ML, and data engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark development.
  • Expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions to production at scale.

Required Skills:
  • Agile development and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of scalable AI/ML architectures and cloud deployment.
  • Programming expertise in Python, PySpark, and Java.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL, semi-structured data formats, and API design.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
