Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to support a large enterprise in Charleston, SC. This role will focus on configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software/hardware while providing 2nd-level technical support to internal users.

What You ll Do:

  • Configure, install, and maintain workstation hardware/software in a Windows environment.

  • Provide deskside and remote support for incident tickets, service requests, and user issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; ensure compliance with security standards.

  • Support Citrix/RDP access, print devices, and asset management.

  • Document configurations, create guidelines, and contribute to process improvements.

What You Need:

  • A+ Certification

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft M365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect, ServiceNow.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Asset management systems, NetScout, A/V support, Citrix support.
