Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Employment Type: (W2 Only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 12 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs, along with experience in DevOps, Agile methodologies, and data migrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
  • Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and API-based services
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage DevOps tools such as Copado and Git for version control, CI/CD, and release management
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprints, planning, and code reviews
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Apex programming
    • Salesforce Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)
    • SOQL and SOSL
    • Visualforce
    • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices using Git, Copado, or equivalent tools
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and design best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and security model

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud or Energy & Utilities Cloud
  • Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader or MuleSoft
  • Exposure to enterprise-level integrations and scalable platform design
  • Agile/Scrum certification or practical experience in Agile environments

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (Highly Desirable)
  • Any other Salesforce advanced certifications are a plus
