We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for our client in Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL or Vienna, VA

Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit document and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
  • Azure DevOps Backlog Refinement Maintain and refine user stories acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items for development teams.
  • Solution Design Support Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules Finance Customer Service Payments.
  • Process Mapping Optimization Analyze workflows identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Integration Data Management Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems payment gateways and thirdparty applications.
  • Testing Quality Assurance Develop test cases coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Training Prepare user guides process documentation and deliver training sessions for endusers.
  • Compliance Security Ensure adherence to banking regulations PCI DSS standards and data privacy requirements.
Required Skills Qualifications:
  • Education Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field
  • Experience.
  • 5 years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain.
  • 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Customer Engagement.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of payment systems card processing and banking operations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps API integrations data migration and SQL.
  • Soft Skills Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools Jira Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 SWIFT and ACH payment standards.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.
