Location: Onsite in either Salt Lake City, UT or Boise, ID

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FPGA/ASIC Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in digital hardware design, verification, and product development, with hands-on experience across the entire design lifecycle. This role requires technical depth, collaboration across functions, and the drive to deliver high-quality results in challenging and dynamic environments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Solid technical understanding of FPGA or ASIC product development
• Experience with System Verilog, VHDL, and Test-Driven Development principles
• In-depth knowledge and experience with digital architectures and design methods such as RTL coding, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, constrained-random and formal verification
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• A willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Effective experience in FPGA or ASIC product development
• Prior experience with FPGA emulation of complex RTL
• Working knowledge of applied cryptography and cyber security topics
• Experience applying principles of cyber security to operational technology and embedded system
