Senior Manager - CyberSecurity

Job Description: IBM ISIM ISAM Consultant

Location: Marysville, Ohio, USA (5 days onsite)

The role involves comprehensive support for IBM ISIM and ISAM environments, including:

  • Incident Response & Resolution (Critical, High Severity, Production Outage)
  • Troubleshooting Web Services, SSO configuration, and identity/user data issues
  • Managing and resolving Feed file errors, Request entitlement issues (IGI errors), and Workflow errors/Application errors
  • IGI Support and Management, Service Request Management, and Approval Workflow Changes
  • Test account creation, User access provisioning/de-provisioning, and Patch Maintenance
  • SSO configuration, Junction management, TFIM Configuration
  • Bulk provisioning in lower environments, Service and Connector Management, and Custom Feed File Creation
  • Managing ISIM policies, enhancing ISIM workflows, and supporting ISIM roles/entitlements/forms and tasks
  • ISIM adapter implementation (AD/DB2/JDBC/LDAP/Web)
  • ISIM/ISAM/SDI/SDS Migrations & Upgrades
  • TDI Development & Reports
