Requirements:
4+ years as a Business Analyst on data/reporting applications (healthcare preferred)
7+ years creating BRDs, system design docs, process flows, and training materials
5+ years working with business and technical teams to gather requirements
7+ years developing/executing test scripts, test cases, and data validation
2+ years in Agile environment (user stories, ceremonies)
Strong communication (verbal & written) and documentation skills
Intermediate+ MS Word and Excel
Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Medicaid, Medicare, or health insurance domain experience preferred
Cognos reporting preferred
JIRA, SharePoint, Outlook
