Job Description:-

Typically 8-15 years+ in IT/enterprise systems (exact number depends on organisation) with proven experience working on portfolio, demand, resource, and financial management.

Specific experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM (or broader IT Business Management/ITBM) module: Demand, PPM, Resource, APM, etc.

Strong functional domain knowledge: portfolio management, program/project management, resource optimisation, financial planning, innovation management, business case modelling.

Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration/customisation options, UI/UX, reporting/analytics (Performance Analytics), integrations (REST, SOAP), data model (including CMDB/CSDM if relevant).

Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business-to-technical translation skills.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities: able to guide teams, review designs/configurations, ensure quality and best practice.

Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (CIS-SPM), ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, change management, enterprise delivery-scale programmes.

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
