Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years' experience translating business requirements into test cases and automating test scenarios
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Python, Pytest, and SQL for ETL validation and debugging
- Experience in Web UI automation using Selenium for front-end data validation
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Confluence
- Background in healthcare (preferably Medicaid) and experience in Agile/Waterfall SDLC environments
