We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

The Technology Integration Supervisor position leads implementation of process build tools to assemble prototype vehicles and drives Quality standards within the prototype production process.

In this position...
This is an opportunity to work on the Prototype Team, where you will collaborate with all levels of management and work with the newest technologies. This is a welcoming, collaborative environment with new offices and equipment, and the ability for advancement.

What you'll do...
  • Lead technology solutions for Industrialization of Prototype Vehicle Build Processes that positively influence Quality and Productivity
  • Ability to assess Product and Build data and adapt that information to Prototype Vehicle Build Process toolsets (Build Schedule, Torque Secure Data Collection, and Launch Build to Sequence)
  • Work closely with Program Teams to replicate Launch and Production build processes during the prototype build phase to detect issues and resolutions earlier in the program build phase (TPV and DCV)
  • Support and collaborate with work groups to resolve part and process quality issues
  • Ability to interface with Plant Hourly (Unionized workforce), Salaried Personnel, Plant Management, Staff Operations, and the Engineering Community
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the customer
  • Ability to prioritize key issues and drive quick resolutions
  • Manage and ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards are met
  • Ability to work flexible work hours and weekends as necessary
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Potential Opportunity to Lead UAW Production Teams

You'll have...
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Strong motivation to learn Ford information systems for translation to the Prototype Vehicle Build toolsets (Industrial and Manufacturing Process Engineering Systems, CAD/Illustration Team Center)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate Ford+ (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding and communication skills

Even better, you may have...
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in the Manufacturing discipline
  • Prior experience with cross-functional Project implementation (IT, Manufacturing, Product Development)

If you believe you are a strong candidate, but do not meet all the requirements, please still apply. You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
