PART TIME POSITION - 20 hours/week

 

IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

 

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to be involved in the use of Salesforce as the enterprise constituent relationship management (CRM) platform. The candidate and client team will collaborate with stakeholders across campus to understand their requirements and build enterprise solutions while developing a domain-driven, integrated Salesforce rollout strategy for the client. This position will be doing work for the client in relation to a roll out of client s Salesforce using Blackthorn for registrations to events for client member organization staff and extensive reporting of registrations and member organization key data.

 

Tasks
  • Build and configure a solution in one of the enterprise Salesforce instances on behalf of a specific stakeholder group.
  • Implement Blackthorn Events by determining their CRM needs, understanding pain points.
  • Conduct extensive requirements gathering.
  • Collaborate with other team members in order to follow client s development guidelines and application deployment processes as well as following client governance policies.

 

NOTE: Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI). This is a part time position with 20 hours per week approximately.

 

 

Location: Remote from within the State of WI

Contract: 6 months Part-Time

 

Skills Required:
  • 3+ years - Experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
  • 3+ years - Experience conducting business analysis work, such as eliciting business requirements; documenting business processes; developing and assessing business cases for change; measuring the impact of process improvements; leading or preparing change management processes
  • Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
  • Bachelor s Degree (Please include on Resume)

 

Skills Desired A plus to have:
  • Experience with implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
  • Additional experience or certifications in Salesforce (particularly Business Analyst, Platform App Builder), Informatica, Design Thinking, and/or equivalent practices or methodologies
  • Experience providing technical support to end users of software systems
  • Experience developing and leading technology-focused training
  • Experience working with higher education institutions
  • Experience / familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
